Maa Vaishno Devi  
One of the most Religious & Hindu Pilgrimage destination in India, is located in the state of Jammu & Kashmir. Maa Vaishno Devi shrine is conveniently located from Delhi.

Shri Maa Vaishno Devi Shrine is one of the oldest shrine of India, located at a height of 5300 feet on the holy Trikuta Hills of the Shivalik Hill Range. The Holy cave is 13 Kms from the Base Camp Katra. The Town Katra is 50 Kms away from Jammu and 35 Kms from District HQ Udhampur and is linked by road. The Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine is one of the most popular Shrines of India.
Golden Temple  

Harmandir Sahib or Darbar Sahib (also Hari Mandir , Harimandar) the most sacred shrine in Sikhism , located in Amritsar ,Punjab, India . It is widely known as the Golden Temple , but its true name is Harmandir Sahib. Literally, Harmandir means "the Temple of God", 'Har' being a term for God and 'Mandir' meaning Temple. Sikh devotees from all over the world come to the Temple to enjoy its blissful environs and offer their prayers. In addition, the sacred shrine is increasingly becoming a tourist attraction for visitors from all over the world. The Temple is located in India at 31°37'12?N , 74°52'37?E.
Varanasi  
Picturesquely situated on the crescent shaped left bank of the holy Ganga, Varanasi, one of the ancient seats of learning in India, is said to be a compound of the names of two streams, the Varuna and the Assi, which still flow in the north and south of the city respectively. This name seems to have been corrupted, in medieval times to Banaras, which was in use till May 24, 1956 when it was changed to Varanasi, by an order of the Government of India. Varanasi is probably one of the most ancient living cities in India. From time immemorial it has been a great religious center for Hindus and one of their most sacred places of pilgrimage, being visited by millions of people every year.
At a distance of 12 km from Varanasi lies Sarnath, where Lord Buddha preached his first sermon. Here he revealed the eight fold path that leads to the attainment of inner peace, Enlightment and Ultimate Nirvana
Haridwar  

Haridwar or 'the Gateway to the Gods' is one of the seven holiest places according to Hindu mythology, as the Gods are believed to have left their footprints in Haridwar. Due to its geographical location too, Haridwar stands as the gateway to the other three important pilgrimages of Uttrakhand namely, Rishikesh, Badrinath and Kedarnath. Referred to as Mayapuri, Gangadwar, and Mokshadwar in the ancient scriptures and epics, Haridwar has always remained a major pilgrimage for the Hindus. .
Bodhgaya  
The MAHABODHI TEMPLE at Buddhagaya is the holiest of the holy Buddhist shrine. It is located on the very sacred site where in the sixth century B.C. Bodhisatva, after six years of rigid hardships and self-motification, followed the intense and incomparable meditation had attained SAMBODHI, supreme enlightment and became a Buddha, enlightened one, the holy one, the blessed one. The temple is marked by stone lotuses; its stone walls depict the life and aspects of the Buddha including one facet of his previous birth. The Mahabodhi Temple is 170 feet high while its base is 50 feet square. The temple is believed to be standing on the site of a shrine, erected by Emperor Ashoka in the 3rd century BC. Although the current temple was restored in the 11th century, and again in 1882, it is said to be the same as the one standing here since the 7th century. 

The Most auspicious spots to visit in Boddhagaya are the places where LORD BUDDHA spent seven weeks after his enlightment.
Shirdi -Saibaba
